For this project, we worked with the owner of Guide Publishing to create a fully functional website to serve as the digital side of the Senior Living Guide. This website features a homepage with a custom-built ad program to drive revenue for the site owner, a user-friendly categories grid, and a directory that mimics that paper copy of the guide. Users can walk through the site, just like they do the book.
With over 600 listings, the site took a lot of time to build out. Behind the user-friendly interface of the website, there is a build-out of the entire directory. In essence, we brought the hard-copy Senior Living Guide to life through this directory. Within the directory, there are options for listing partners to add features and images, allowing our client to create yet another revenue stream of different listing levels.
Because we're focused on growing businesses, we were able to work with our client to create a digital ad program allowing her to have an additional revenue stream. We were able to develop a side-bar and banner ad program, determine the best sizes, and work with the client on pricing that would best suit her growing business. The ads sold quickly and the ad program is expanding.
